The Taste & Al Bancut Restaurant

Based on an idea by Enrico Salvadori, owner of the Monaco Suites Hotel, 2024 saw the exciting fusion of two distinct culinary ventures: on the one hand, the tradition and history of the Al Bancut restaurant, which Arnaldo Anastasia and Petra ran for over 40 years; on the other hand, the dynamic, yet simple, innovation of The Taste Restaurant, a newly established and constantly evolving venue right in the heart of Lignano Sabbiadoro, helmed by Chef Rudi Santuz. The Taste Restaurant stemmed from a passion and desire to offer high-quality dining within a hotel setting. We aim to provide our guests and the wider Lignano Sabbiadoro area with a dependable, centrally located, yet elegant and private venue. Here, you can savour innovative flavours and sip on the best regional and international wines, all while being looked after by the dedicated team.
