The route starts in Rupinpiccolo, a quiet village with authentic charm. You pedal through green lanes to Rupingrande, enjoying panoramic views characteristic of this area. The Sanctuary of Monrupino stands majestically along the route, offering a cultural break and breathtaking views over the surrounding countryside. Pedaling resumes towards Rupingrande, crossing olive groves and vineyards dotted across the landscape. In Borgo Grotta Gigante, there is the entrance to the majestic karst cave for an immersion into the beauty of the underground world. The route is ideal for cycling lovers wanting to explore the authentic beauty of the Trieste Karst, between nature and art.

To reach Rupinpiccolo from Udine, take the SS14 southeast towards Trieste.
After about 30 km, take the exit for Rupinpiccolo following the signs.
Some parking spaces are available in Rupinpiccolo, others in Borgo Grotta Gigante.
