Staranzano

In Staranzano you can find one of the most significant natural areas of our region called Nature Reserve of Isonzo river mouth with its Cona's Island Park.

Staranzano is located in Gorizia province to short distance from Grado and Monfalcone and almost certainly dates back to the Roman times, as attested by various finds coming from this area.
