Not far from the centre of Grado, and also connected via the cycle path, the beach of
Grado Pineta extends within a lush green area.
Ideal for a laid-back family holiday, a stone's throw from the greenery, but that's not all. The services, facilities and organised entertainment offered by the kiosks that manage some areas of the beach make it a popular hangout for young people for an aperitif or evening on the beach.
What's more, a large area of the beach is reserved for pets who, in the section called
Spiaggia di Snoopy (
Snoopy's Beach) will find everything they need for a pleasant day at the seaside.
In recent years Grado Pineta's beach has become a hot destination for kitesurfers from all over Europe, who gather here at the first gust of wind to launch themselves in spectacular, colourful mid-air acrobatics.
