A walk to discover the life and colours of the lagoon

A sunny Sunday? What could be better than a day immersed in the beautiful nature of Friuli Venezia Giulia! We leave for Marano Lagunare to visit the Canal Novo Valley Nature Reserve.
Having bought a ticket at the Trattoria Oasi (with a must-have stop to taste the fried fish), we immerse ourselves in this unique landscape. Crossing bridges and well-defined paths, we let ourselves be captured by the magic of this landscape. An uncontaminated nature, where you can find a bit of peace and quiet. Silence is interrupted by birds’ singing and the rustle of the wind on the reeds ... every detail captures our gaze.

Entering the observatory hut, we keep silent to watch the birds in the lagoon. We enter a parallel world and contemplate the nature that surrounds us. The flocks fly in groups and form a dance on the water. The toads sing as they hide among the vegetation.
Also fascinating is the aquarium, where you can discover the fish that swim in this lagoon.
A special day to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
