If the view of the front was already revealed to the hiker by the Kanalski Kolovrat ridge, this stage literally takes visitors to one of the most strategically important peaks of the Isonzo Front. In fact, until the Twelfth Battle of the Isonzo. King Victor Emmanuel III himself visited to observe the front-line movements. This stage also offers other interesting perspectives, including a visit to the pilgrimage church of Marijino Celje, dating back to the Middle Ages, as well as other small churches along the way, before returning one more time on the banks of the Soča River.
