National day of Historical Homes
The Italian Historical Homes Association organizes the ADSI (historical homes) National Day every year, an event created to raise awareness of the importance of the preservation and enhancement of private cultural heritage.
The owners of The Historical Homes, parks and castles immersed in the green hillside environments, at the gates of the ancient village or overlooking the splendid views of the Gulf of Trieste, open their doors to pass on the history and the memories preserved within.
The guided visit is animated by cultural events, tastings of family products surrounded by the skill of master craftsmen, fundamental in the maintenance of historic mansions: restorers, frame-makers, glass-makers, ceramicists, silversmiths, gardeners, watchmakers.
