In the charming setting of Parco Caravella, ASD Fairplay offers tailor-made activities for everyone: children, teens and adults.
Throughout the summer, from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, you can rent SUP boards, single and double kayaks, or pedal boats.
Individual or group SUP lessons with qualified instructors are also available — perfect for beginners or those looking to improve their technique.
SUP Tour
Set off from Parco Caravella on a scenic SUP or canoe excursion along the cliffs, towards Duino Castle, the Ginestre area and the Trieste coastline. The excursion concludes with a snack upon return. A minimum of 4 participants is required for the tour to take place.

SUP Yoga
Every Monday in July at 6:00 pm, enjoy SUP Yoga in the peaceful setting of the bay.
Vinyasa yoga on the water is a balance of body, mind and breath, helping you rediscover inner calm while strengthening the deep muscles of the body. A practice that is both relaxing and energising, immersed in nature.
Classes will continue in August, with the schedule currently being finalised.
