The Wildlife Park of Pianpinedo in Cimolais hosts a lot of wild animal species of the Dolomites, such as deers, ibexes and chamoises.
You will have the chance to enjoy wonderful walks surrounded by unspoilt nature. Moreover, along the botanical path you will see many flower and vegetable species, some of which are very rare.
The Visitor Centre proposes the theme "Nature through senses": you will have the chance to experience the animals' activities, listen to their sounds, look at their tracks and smell the scents of the park's vegetation.
Moreover, the Centre comprises a wood in a room, which has the aim of enhancing the "senses of nature". You will have the feeling that you are walking in a virtual wood and cave, where sounds and scents have been amplified to make them more perceivable.
The multimedia stations will give you the chance to virtually go through the fauna areas and along the botanical garden, and also to deepen and test your knowledge.
