Water sports

Diving into Friuli Venezia Giulia's waters

Many and varied are the sports that can be practised, whether in the mountains, in the hills or along the coast, what is never lacking is contact with nature. There is a wealth of water trails to explore: gorges, pools, rivers and streams that run from the mountains through the region to the sea.
Suitable for all levels, there are numerous routes where you can try your hand at canyoning and rafting
At a leisurely pace in the lakes, along the rivers or along the coast and why not inside the Nature Reserves where you can enjoy SUP, canoeing and kayaking.
