Places of interest in Pavia di Udine are definitely the two churches, the parish church of Sant'Ulderico and the small church of San Giovanni dei Battuti built in the 15th century, and the three noble residences: Villa Lovaria, palazzo Mantica-Frangipane and the Beretta complex of Porcia and Brugnera.
Leaving Pavia di Udine, take the unpaved vicinal road behind the Industrial Zone and skirting the bank of the Torrente Torre, you reach Percoto. Buildings of interest are the church of San Martino Vescovo, the 15th-century house known as "Colombare," Villa Frattina-Caiselli and Villa Kechler. Moving westward from Percoto one comes to Popereacco, with the late medieval church of San Girolamo. Proceeding along the road, one enters Ronchi. The most important building is the 17th-century Villa Della Porta-Dorigo, to which is attached the church of Sant'Ulderico, dating from 1300. Travelling along Via Cavour, one reaches the nearby village of Persereano, where the complex of the 17th-17th-century Villa Florio stands out in all its grandeur. A little further north is Lauzacco. Of note is the 18th-century Villa Beretta, with its adjoining aristocratic chapel dedicated to St. Nicholas. Continuing along Via del Molino one reaches the locality of Selvuzzis, where the 19th-century Villa Deciani stands, with its extensive surrounding wall. Continuing on via Selvuzzis, you return to Pavia di Udine at the conclusion of the bicycle-pedestrian route.
