10 thousand steps of health FVG - BAGNARIA ARSA

The Narrating Houses Trail is a loop trail about 9 km long that starts from p.zza Sant'Andrea where the Bagnaria Arsa Town Hall is located. Here, in addition to a large parking lot, there is also the “Garden of Poetry” and some accommodation venues. Going down Via 4 Novembre, you continue along Via Strassoldo in the direction of Campolonghetto. This stretch of road follows the route of the historic Roman road “Via Julia Augusta.” Here once ran the border between the Kingdom of Italy and the Austro-Hungarian Empire, indicated by the boundary stone.

Across Via Monfalcone you re-enter the territory of Bagnaria Arsa and reach Campolonghetto where, in the green area of the Bocciodromo, there is a first rest stop. Walking along the village streets one can admire the murals, created during the event “The Museum of Fvg Narrating Houses.” Continuing along Gemona Street, you will come across the church of San Giacomo and, a little further on, a fountain at the Campolonghetto cemetery. Leaving the cemetery on the right, continuing on a gravel road, you reach Bagnaria Arsa. Here there is a second rest area at the Playground on Via Pertini. Crossing the village by side streets, you enter Via Vittorio Veneto, which leads back to Sevegliano. Before returning to the starting point, with a small detour to the left, adults and children can relax in the large Don Gnocchi Park.
