The Path of the Narrating Houses is a circular route about 9 km long starting from p.zza Sant’Andrea where the Town Hall of Bagnaria Arsa is located. Here, in addition to a large parking area, there is also the “Garden of Poetry” and some accommodation facilities. Going down via 4 Novembre, you continue along via Strassoldo towards Campolonghetto. This stretch of road runs along the ancient Roman road “Via Julia Augusta.” Here once ran the border between the Kingdom of Italy and the Austro-Hungarian Empire, marked by a boundary stone.
Through via Monfalcone, you re-enter the territory of Bagnaria Arsa and arrive at Campolonghetto where, in the green area of the Bocciodromo, there is a first rest point. Walking along the village streets, you can admire the murals, created during the event “The Museum of the Narrating Houses Fvg.” Continuing along via Gemona, you reach the church of San Giacomo and, a little further on, a fountain near the Campolonghetto cemetery. Leaving the cemetery on the right, continuing on a dirt road, you reach Bagnaria Arsa. Here there is a second rest area at the playground on via Pertini. Crossing the village through secondary streets, you reach via Vittorio Veneto which leads to Sevegliano. Before returning to the starting point, with a small left detour, both adults and children can relax in the large Don Gnocchi park.
