HOW MUCH EARLIER DO I HAVE TO ARRIVE IN RELATION TO THE RESERVED TIME SLOT AND WHERE?
It is necessary to arrive directly at the Angelo's chairlift at least 30 minutes before the end of the purchased time slot, in possession of your ticket. The lift is located on Via Alpi Giulie, near the 'Al Vecchio Skilift' restaurant.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE VIDEOS OR PHOTOS DURING THE FLIGHT?
This is a possibility, but under your own responsibility, so we recommend using special holsters in order to avoid dropping your device
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF BAD WEATHER?
If there is persistent rainfall, the activity is cancelled. In this case, an email will be sent to anyone who has purchased tickets online with all the instructions for rescheduling the use of the tickets, which will be rescheduled at a later date according to the possibility of the ticket holder to return on site at a later date as well as the availability of our calendar.
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF UNCERTAIN WEATHER?
On days when the weather forecast calls for temporary rainfall and significant changes in the weather, Zipline activity is confirmed. Flights may be temporarily suspended during the passage of bad weather and will then re-start in the normal way.
HOW MUCH TIME IN TOTAL IS REQUIRED TO CLIMB TO THE START AND PERFORM THE FLIGHT?
From the start with the chairlift, you should allow about 40 minutes.
10 minutes transfer by chairlift, 20 minutes to strap on the harness, a short briefing and 2 minutes for the flight down.
DO WE HAVE TO WEAR OR BRING ANYTHING SPECIAL?
We recommend "comfortable" clothing, appropriate to the season and altitude (we are between 700 and 900 metres above sea level) and possibly wearing closed footwear, avoiding flip-flops and slippers.
CAN I TAKE A BACKPACK WITH ME ON THE FLIGHT?
You can only fly with a backpack or waist bag if it is small, larger backpacks or bags must be left in your vehicle. A bag deposit service is not available on site.
WHERE ARE PERSONAL BELONGINGS LEFT?
They must be left in your vehicle. During the flight, you can take a backpack or small waist bag with you.
CAN PRESCRIPTION GLASSES OR SUNGLASSES BE WORN DURING THE FLIGHT?
Yes, and if it is deemed appropriate to do so, please be equipped with fall protection straps.
ARE THERE ANY HEALTH-RELATED RESTRICTIONS?
Zipline flying can generate intense emotions and is therefore strongly discouraged for anyone with health issues, such as, but not limited to, circulatory, cardiac or nervous system conditions, or in cases resulting from and/or related to injuries to the locomotor and/or bone system (e.g. spinal column). In addition, under no circumstances is flying to be undertaken by pregnant women, or by anyone in a state of psycho-physical alteration due to the consumption of alcohol or drugs, or by anyone in a situation that could be dangerous to themselves, third parties or the Zipline facility.
HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN FLY AT THE SAME TIME?
You can choose to fly individually or in pairs, each in his or her own cable at a distance of a few metres.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO FLY IN TANDEM?
No, two people cannot fly together on the same cable.
IS THE FLIGHT PERFORMED WITH AN INSTRUCTOR?
No, this is not planned.
I SUFFER FROM VERTIGO, IS FLYING NOT RECOMMENDED?
Many people who suffer from vertigo wish to fly in order to test themselves and generally complete the experience. Some people think that you may have a feeling of "emptiness" at the start, but this does not occur because acceleration is gradual.
IS FLYING SAFE?
Yes, it is extremely safe. No special physical training or skills are required and it is within everyone's ability. Our operators follow a specific training course, and the system as well as all the equipment are subject to daily, weekly, monthly and annual checks precisely to guarantee maximum safety for all our guests.
MINORS UNDER THE AGE OF 18
- Minors wishing to fly the zipline must meet the minimum height (minimum 110 cm), weight (minimum 30 kg) and age (10 years of age or to be completed in the current year) requirements;
- Minors are required to be accompanied by an adult (not necessarily the parent(s)) who signs a waiver in their capacity as an accompanying person. The waiver is only a declaration of acknowledgement of the regulations and a statement of physical fitness for the accompanied minors who will be taking the flight.
PERSONS WITH DISABILITY
Persons with the psycho-physical abilities required to reach the facility and perform the flight in complete safety and command of their own conduct are authorised to use the zipline.
