How can I purchase a ski pass?
You can purchase a ski pass:
-online at FVG Store,
-at self-service ticket machines,
-or at the ticket offices of the ski resorts in Forni di Sopra, Piancavallo, Ravascletto/Zoncolan, Sappada, Sella Nevea, and Tarvisio,
-or at the Amaro kiosk.

For season ski passes, it is necessary to go only to a ticket office. To reduce waiting times, we recommend bringing:
-the completed purchase contract (downloadable here),
-photos of all family members (also acceptable on a smartphone).

How do I purchase a ski pass online?
If you purchase a ski pass on FVG Store, we recommend following the registration tutorial:
-By registering, you will pay the correct price according to the category (Adult, Junior, etc.).
-Without registering, a single price will be applied (Adult category).
For family season ski passes, during registration you must upload:
-Identification documents for all members,
-Self-certification of family status.
Our staff will verify the information within approximately 72 hours and will send you confirmation to proceed with the purchase.
If you already have a Ticket Card, you can simply top it up online.
If you do not have one:
-For the season ski pass, you will need to collect it at the ticket office (cost: €5.00).
-For other types of ski passes, you can exchange the QR code at self-service machines or ticket offices for a disposable ticket.

What is the Ticket Card?
The Ticket Card is a personal electronic card linked to your ski pass. It costs €5.00 and can only be requested if you are registered on the online shop.
Advantages:
-Allows you to top up ski passes online without going to a ticket office,
-Enables direct access through the turnstiles.
After validating your profile, you can collect the card at any ticket office of the ski resorts: Forni di Sopra, Piancavallo, Ravascletto/Zoncolan, Sappada, Sella Nevea, Tarvisio, or at the Amaro point of sale.

How do I top up the Ticket Card online?
On our online shop, after selecting your ski pass:
In the cart, select “Already have a Ticket Card? Top up” instead of “Collect at the ticket office”,
-Complete the purchase,
-Go directly to the turnstiles.

I lost my Ticket Card. What should I do?
In case of loss:
Go to a ticket office to block the card and purchase a new Ticket Card for €5.00.
