Val Resia is the heart of the Julian Pre-Alps Natural Park, an extraordinary valley that unfolds at the foot of the Canin mountain massif (2587 metres).
This is where nature has always been free to be at its best, with imposing waterfalls to be admired and caves to be explored in search of where the water springs from, thick forests to be crossed, peaks to be reached along hiking trails and the many animal species to be observed in their natural habitat.
A valley rich in history and stories: in fact, it is also its traditions, trades and folklore, language and local architecture that make the valley so unique; distinctive features that manifest themselves in all their uniqueness in the appointments of Discover Val Resia.
