Generali Convention Center Trieste

The Generali Convention Center Trieste is the new conference Centre of Trieste, situated in the centre of Porto Vecchio, one of the most interesting industrial recovery areas in all of Europe.

The Center is the result of the recovery activity of 2 buildings, the pre-existing Warehouses 27 and 28 of the Old Port of Trieste, completely renovated and renewed: Warehouse 27 is characterized by a historical façade (which dates back to the early 1900s when Ford cars were assembled in the building), a reception/ wardrobe, management offices, a multifunctional exhibition room of about 1,990 square meters, 4 conference rooms, one of 110 seats, one of 272 seats and two of 56 seats, completed by a catering area.
The Warehouse 28, with independent access, is characterized by a conference room with 420 seats, service areas (catering, storage), a multifunctional exhibition hall of about 2,400 square meters. The Center is enriched by an exhibition area of 5,000 square meters that allows you to organize not only scientific exhibitions on the sidelines of events, but also fairs, exhibitions and poster sessions. Its extension, Warehouse 28 BIS has a total area of 68x39 meters, equal to 2,652 square meters and a total volume of 24,500 cubic meters, and houses the Auditorium Generali, the largest in Northeast Italy, with a capacity of 1,920 seats.

The Generali Convention Center Trieste is the answer to the growing demand for a venue that can host sustainable and innovative events in Trieste, with a large number of participants. It can host national and international congresses, corporate events, summits, trade fairs and exhibitions, concerts, and social events. It is a versatile venue thanks to its flexible spaces, a green Congress Centre overlooking the Adriatic blue. In addition, it is located in a high-density territory of innovative research centers, start-ups, scientific and university centers that make it an ideal hub to bring together research and innovation, industry and creativity.
