Talent &wine – Villa Russiz

A unique team building experience that combines awareness, discovery and tasting. 

The day takes place in the refined setting of Villa Russiz and begins in the morning with the interactive experience "The Village", a creative and dynamic method to build and manage successful teams. 

In the afternoon, after lunch, you can choose between two activities: the Cooking Team trying your hand in the kitchen or a Mindfulness path and tasting to consciously explore the world of wine.  

The day program also allows you to dedicate specific moments to the processing of business goals, thanks to the support of facilitators, present to help the team during the course of the experience.  

The team building can end with a business dinner or a gala dinner, immersed in the evocative atmosphere of the spaces of Villa Russiz.
