Valleris

Valleris, named after the district of Valerisce, is a project born out of a love for natural wine and the desire to create products that tell the story of the land. The vinification respects natural cycles, without invasive intervention, valuing the grapes and craft processes. The wines are the result of prolonged maceration on the skins - an ancient process that gives the wine a unique character, an amber colour and intense aromas. Visitors to the winery will feel the passion of the four owners.

The winery offers guided tours of the vineyards and wine cellar, tastings of organic wines accompanied by local foods and thematic tours to experience up close the magic of Collio.
