The typical local cuisine is rigorously linked to the Friulian tradition and the local produce. Such ingredients are transformed at the hands of experienced kitchen staff under the guidance of Ivan and his menus inspired by the seasons, which he himself enthusiastically presents in the dining room. The wine list is extensive with 80,000 bottles, 22,000 of which are from outside the region.
