How to get there:

By car: From the A4 Venice-Trieste motorway, take the Lisert exit and follow the local road network to reach all the areas of interest.

By bus: Trieste and Gorizia have public transport services that connect the city centre to the surrounding areas, including those on the Karst. Bus timetables and routes are published on the websites www.triestetrasporti.it or www.apt.it for destinations in other Municipalities.

By train: Some locations in the Karst are connected to the Venice-Trieste and Udine-Trieste railway lines (with stops at Sagrado, Monfalcone, Sistiana-Visogliano, Bivio d'Aurisina and Miramare). However, the main national and international railway stations are Trieste Centrale and Gorizia.

By aeroplane: For visitors arriving from international countries, the Trieste Airport is the ideal gateway to the Karst. With national and international flights, the airport is located a short distance from this jewel ready to be explored.
