Immersed in the woods, an easy route running parallel to the Rio Marchiat and leading to the wonderful Twin Waterfalls at Faedis.
In the Val Torre from the municipality of Faedis, continue towards Canebola (Via Ruobia). From the road, take the path near the wooden sign indicating Twin Waterfalls. Keep left and continue parallel to the stream; appreciable from various points where you can glimpse the beauty of the natural setting of the broadleaf forest.
Continue further until another sign is found and then ascend again towards the riverbanks. At this point, it is advisable to pay attention to where you walk, as splashes of water and small rivulets flowing into the river can make the path very slippery.
You then reach the amphitheater basin from where the two imposing Waterfalls, called Twin due to their position and similar characteristics, that form this unique landscape, can be seen. The colors alternate from the bright green of moss and forest, to the orange and brown of the autumn foliage of the surrounding trees.
