Challenging route but on easy terrain. Starting from the small village of Stupizza, after crossing the footbridge over the Natisone river, you take the path that climbs up Val Pradolina, not before admiring the waterfalls of the Uodica stream and its tributaries in the first section of the route. Then proceed through the valley without encountering significant slopes until Bocca di Pradolino, from which we overlook Val Natisone near Ponte Napoleone (at this point we are on the border with Slovenia, opposite Logje). From here, it is possible either to return the way you came (simplifying the route and making it accessible to those who do not feel like facing steep climbs) or to continue towards Casera Monte Mia by climbing 500 meters and then enjoy a break in the mountain hut before descending to the Natisone and rejoining the outward path.
