This short and easy route allows you to make a loop between the villages of Pradielis, Lusevera, and Micottis, passing through places of both naturalistic and historical-cultural interest.
The territory between Pradielis, Lusevera, and Micottis has several points of interest related not only to naturalistic aspects but also to historical-cultural ones.
Within this area, the proposed hike develops. It is a route alternating sections where you can observe woods, of which this area is rich, with others where you cross small villages particularly characteristic of this part of the upper Torre valley. It is a family-friendly route that can be easily done in any season, keeping in mind that the Torre valley is characterized by a humid climate with abundant rainfall.
The starting point of the hike is the footbridge of Pradielis, near which there is a large parking area. The footbridge is out of service, but it is possible to continue along the paved road until crossing the Torre stream. At this point, turn left and continue straight until you find the path again.
On the right, there is a clear path that climbs decidedly through a forest mainly composed of broadleaf trees such as maples and ashes. Near Crastie, a small village close to Lusevera reached after about twenty minutes of walking, some ashes of considerable size can be admired. This entire territory, besides having naturalistic aspects of particular interest that differentiate it from other areas, also has a very interesting cultural and ethnic value, as can be appreciated in the Ethnographic Museum of Lusevera.
The route continues beyond the sign indicating the locality of Crastie, passing through the small village and ascending a staircase that reaches the paved road. After turning left, the path now continues along the road leading to Micottis. From here on, the view is drawn to the harsh and wild bastion of the Musi, which seen from this area appear even wilder and impassable.
At the end of the path, after crossing the road, you ascend a slope until reaching a trail that runs parallel to it, following it until you meet, on the right, the path that gradually descends towards Pradielis. In the woods, mainly composed of hazels sometimes accompanied by some ash, there are clearings, probably traces of areas once used as pastures. Some of these clearings are overgrown with raspberries, which provide a food source for the local fauna.
As you descend, after crossing a reforestation of spruce, the proximity of the valley floor can be easily perceived by the sound of the Torre stream in the quiet of the forest.
After a short steeper descent, the path reaches a small bridge over the stream, which crossed, you continue towards Pradielis.
