Shortly before the eastern summit of Mt. Zermula, a second opening excavated in the rock is visible on the right. This is the entrance of a military tunnel divided into three parts and leading to three different observation posts. Just like the previous one, this passageway can be perfectly walked through despite some stones fallen from the ceiling.
The observation posts reward hikers with wonderful views across the northern peaks and Cason di Lanza Pass. Moreover, thanks to the natural curve of the massif, you can clearly see also the northern side of the Zermula massif.
