It's a complex of buildings, which is situated in the Centre of the village, just a few metres from the building that houses the indoor pools and the main entrance.
PINETA: On the ground floor, large conference rooms and rooms to be used for temporary offices for the group management. a small inner garden and a corridor to connect the glass residence Pineta to the residence, and Heather Villa Verde. Warm and welcoming environments offer hospitality to small groups that can have many rooms for social activities and meeting and outdoor green areas.
ANCORA: The structure, which is connected to the buildings of "San Pio X", has a capacity of 128 people divided into 2 rooms 36 to 5 beds. The 3 plans that compose it are staggered and linked by short Interior stairs. Can accommodate guests of different ages, including families. All rooms are equipped with tv and private bathroom. The ground floor has several multifunctional rooms that are ideal for schools, conferences and meetings.
VILLA VERDE: Small residence within walking distance of the Olympic pool, connected to the complex "San Pio X" but with separate entrance. On the ground floor there is a large meeting room.

HOW TO GET THERE
By carTake the A4 Venezia – Trieste motorway or the A23 Tarvisio - Venezia and exit at the Latisana tollbooth. Continue along the SS 354 road towards Lignano for about 18 km.
By train:
The Milano-Trieste railway line passes about 20 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro. Latisana-Lignano-Bibione is the nearest train station for the seaside resorts
By Bus:
A regular bus service links Lignano Sabbiadoro with major cities in Italy and abroad
