The residence is situated near the Olympic Square, at 160 metres from the beach and nearby outdoor sports fields. Can accommodate simultaneously a maximum of ten groups with different needs, allowing each reality to plan their activities in perfect autonomy. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and bright. The structure has two large rooms for events, a ground floor and one on the first floor and has rooms of medium and small size for recreational activities, some changing rooms for athletes and salt warehouse use.The Orchid connects to the inner Shell by means of a corridor. The building is modern in décor and can accommodate comfortably up to 148 people. The rooms, all with private bathroom, are very spacious and airy. The ground floor is designed to accommodate up to 100 persons with disabilities.
