Description: The ring of the 3 nations is a trekking path which is part of the Alpe Adria Trail and allows to walk in a week a circular trail in the Julian Alps among  Friuli Venezia Giulia, Slovenia and Carinthia.

  • 1° Day: Stage R5: Tarvisio (ITA) - Fusine-Rifugio Zacchi (ITA)
  • 2° Day: Stage R6: Fusine-Rifugio Zacchi (ITA) - Kranjska Gora (SLO)
  • 3° Day: Stage 21 in opposite direction: Kranjska Gora (SLO) - Baumgartnerhoehe (AUT)
  • 4° Day: Stage R1: Baumgartnerhoehe (AUT) - Villach-Warmbad (AUT)
  • 5° Day: Stage R2: Villach-Warmbad (AUT) - Feistritz an Gail (AUT)
  • 6° Day: Stage R3: Feistritz an Gail (AUT)- Valbruna (ITA)
  • 7° Day: Stage R4: Valbruna (ITA)- Monte Lussari-Tarvisio (ITA)

* It is possible to insert overnight along the path and also on last day of trekking
