Let's Move Trieste - Fitness Festival

From September 12 to 14, 2025, the Generali Convention Center in Porto Vecchio will transform into a sports village: Let's Move Trieste is coming, the first major city festival dedicated to fitness, health, and exercise. The event is organized by Proloco Trieste in collaboration with the Municipality of Trieste, along with Creativa Eventi, ASD Audace, Element, and Cavana Run Club. Let's Move will be open to everyone: professional athletes, amateur athletes, and the curious of all ages. It's a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in free classes in yoga, Pilates, functional, dance, climbing, and much more. For those who want to test themselves, there will also be paid races and competitions, perfect for those seeking an adrenaline rush and a personal challenge.
Main events: customized competitions: Triathlon SuperSprint, Cardio Challenge.
Two non-competitive races:
Night Run, a neon-lit nighttime run with a moving DJ set
Family Run, a Sunday stroll for families, children, and four-legged friends
Let's Move Village: Qualified instructors will lead a variety of free classes, open to all ages and levels of fitness. Training sessions will bring athletes, nutritionists, coaches, and doctors on stage.
Kids' Space: Fun activities for the little ones
Music, food, and shows: a relaxation area with daytime DJ sets, convivial evenings, and good food.

Program:
Friday, September 12th, from 6:00 PM to midnight, the Village will open and open-air party with a DJ set.
Saturday, September 13th, the Village will open from 9:00 AM with activities throughout the day and, from 7:00 PM to midnight, an Aperishow with free admission and a VIP Party for sponsors and partners, in collaboration with Trieste Cocktail Week.
Sunday 14th September the village opens from 9.00 with activities and competitions until 21.00 and a closing party with DJ Zippo until 22.30.
