Permanent exhibition on the Speleology and Karst of the Canin

The Canin massif area is one of the most sought-after international destinations for speleologists and sector researchers, due to its specificity linked to the Karst phenomenons and to the cavities present there (more than 1000).

The Permanent exhibition on the Speleology and Karst of the Canin, which has been set up next to the Sella Nevea tourist office, houses stones and concretions as well as materials and equipment used in potholing, offering visitors a realistic picture of the area's geological variety.

The layout of this exhibition also foresees a scale model of remarkable dimensions, where a good deal of the Canin area together with its relative underground world is reproduced.
