The small village of Precenicco spreads over a wide expanse of fields, gradually leading to the Friulian Lagoon and the sea.

These are the lands of the Stella, a small spring water river and one of the most beautiful in Italy. In its waters, entirely surrounded by greenery, Ristorante al Fiume Stella is reflected. The restaurant is a must for refined gourmets and for those who love sophisticated settings that re-introduce the genuine essence of places, through tradition and innovation.

Chef Martino's cuisine is mainly based on local products, selecting the ingredients required to enhance and give a new twist to the ancient dishes of the area, with an international touch that includes a wide range of new and exotic dishes.

The wine list has about 30 labels selected from the most renowned wineries. The interior rooms of the restaurant are cosy but spacious and in summer guests can enjoy dining in a charming outdoor setting.

The restaurant can be reached, by water, from Lignano Sabbiadoro: after crossing the lagoon and the river, an easy landing allows you to go directly from the boat to the dining table. If you prefer to get there by land, you can take the usual road or an easy path through the ancient riparian woods.
