Accesso: Il rifugio è raggiungibile in auto, moto e bici su strada asfaltata. Da treppo-ligosullo proseguendo dopo l'abitato di Ligosullo sulla sinistra percorrendo la strada provinciale 24. Da Paularo seguire la sp23 verso passo Duron, in seguito svoltare a destra per strada provinciale 24. Raggiunta la località Valdajer e omonimo castello proseguire a sinistra per 300 metri seguendo la strada che porta al lago di Dimon.
