Durante tutto il giorno a partire dalle 9.00 fino alle 17.00, tutto il paese esibisce la sua sapienza culinaria tramite l'allestimento di una vera e propria vetrina di piatti gustosi e prodotti naturali conservati e preparati secondo antiche tradizioni.
Si potranno oltre che degustare anche acquistare prodotti alimentari carnici di ogni tipo nella mostra mercato gastronomica delle piccole aziende agricole.
