Per soddisfare l’occhio e la sua parte, insieme al palato ovviamente, con ingredienti del coloratissimo mondo vegetale ci saranno due piatti preparati da tre professionisti della dinamica squadra di Electrolux Professional. Lume Lami, Leroy Ballarin e Claudio Gasparini ci stupiranno con:
• un multicolore “risotto in polvere”. In abbinamento: Basil Botanical Cordial (Herbal) di Ma.gi.ka Likido.
• uno “strudel segreto” rivisitazione di uno dei dolci più famosi al mondo. In abbinamento: Pomegranate Botanical Cordial (Fruity) di Ma.gi.ka Likido.
