Paraschos

Small family-run company in Collio, in business since 1998. Wine production follows traditional local methods, adapting the winemaking to each variety, vineyard and vintage, trying to best interpret the result of a year of work in the vineyard. White or in some cases also red vinifications on white grape varieties, long refinements in large oak barrels and a few months in the bottle. All products are bottled without filtration and mostly without the addition of sulfur.
