Itinerary
Perfectly flat route along cycle paths and limited traffic roads. Short sections of roads with heavier city traffic during the summer season. A small part of the routes takes place on roads in pedestrian areas or near the beaches. The route connects the historic center with Grado Pineta. At sunset, a short stop for an aperitif will be pleasant!

Grado holds a treasure of unique flavors like boreto alla graisana, a dish based on poor fish, which was prepared by fishermen living in the Casoni, who used fish that could not be sold at the market for their sustenance, creating a simple, rich, and tasty recipe. From very ancient North-Mediterranean tradition, sarde in saor to be tasted strictly cold made with breaded sardines, onion strips fried in oil and cooled in vinegar, raisins and pine nuts.
